This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how DabbaX Food Aggregators Private Limited, having its registered office at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“DabbaX”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information shared by users (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) while accessing or using the DabbaX platform.
The DabbaX platform includes:
• Customer mobile application (“DabbaX”)
• Customer web application (“customer.dabba-x.com”)
• Supplier web application (“supplier.dabba-x.com”)
• Delivery Partner web application (“delivery.dabba-x.com”)
• Delivery Partner mobile application (“delivery.dabba-x.com”)
• Website (collectively referred to as the “Platform”)

This Policy constitutes an electronic record under Section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures.

1. Nature of Platform
DabbaX is a technology-enabled food aggregation and delivery platform. We do not prepare, cook, store, or sell food ourselves.
• Suppliers independently list and sell food items through the Platform.
• Customers place orders directly with Suppliers.
• Delivery Partners facilitate logistics between Suppliers and Customers.
DabbaX acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator and does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of food products sold by Suppliers.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
A. Personal Information
• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Residential or delivery address
• Government-issued identifiers (only where legally required)
B. Location Information
• Precise or approximate location for order fulfillment, delivery routing, and fraud prevention
C. Transactional Information
• Order details
• Payment status (no card/UPI details stored by DabbaX)
• Wallet or refund records, where applicable
D. Device & Technical Information
• IP address
• Device identifiers
• Operating system
• App version
• Log files and usage data
E. Role-Specific Information
• Suppliers: shop details, menus, pricing, licenses, GST, bank details
• Delivery Partners: identity documents, vehicle details, availability status
• Customers: preferences, order history

3. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and use information strictly for legitimate business purposes, including:
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Processing orders and deliveries
• Enabling communication between Customers, Suppliers, and Delivery Partners

• Ensuring platform security and fraud prevention

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Information
We may share information strictly on a need-to-know basis with:
• Suppliers (for fulfilling customer orders)
• Delivery Partners (for delivery execution)

• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law
DabbaX does NOT sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
